within 14 days of purchase with your order number and we'll refund you. No questions asked.
1. When you can get a refund
Within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. The common ones:
- It's just not for you - you changed your mind. We don't ask why.
- The product doesn't run on your supported setup and we can't get it working.
- A feature listed on the product page doesn't work on your platform and we can't fix it within the window.
2. Subscription cancellations & renewals
For subscription products, you can cancel anytime from the customer portal linked in your purchase emails - cancellation stops future renewals immediately and your access remains until the end of the period you already paid for. Any perpetual tier included with the subscription is kept permanently (see the product's licence).
Renewals are non-refundable past the 14-day window.
3. When we can't refund
- More than 14 days have passed since purchase.
- The licence key has been shared publicly or sold on.
- The issue is that your system doesn't meet the product's stated requirements.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@bravehill.com with:
- Your order number (from the Lemon Squeezy purchase email);
- Optionally, a line on why - it helps us improve, but it isn't required.
Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy and appear on your card within 5–10 business days.
