Terms of Sale

These terms govern the sale of software products by Experience Budapest Kft. (trading as "BraveHill", "we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in Hungary at Farkasalma u. 8. Fsz. 2., 1102 Budapest, Hungary, VAT HU13192804. They apply to every product we sell.

1. Products & licences

We sell licences to use our software. The specific licence for each product - what's included, any plans or tiers, device limits, and acceptable use - is set out in that product's End User Licence Agreement. For DashBot, see the DashBot Licence (EULA). Licences are personal and non-transferable.

2. Pricing & payment

Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) on each product page. VAT is added at checkout where applicable based on your billing country. Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, who act as our Merchant of Record - meaning they are responsible for collecting and remitting sales tax where required.

For subscription products, your card is charged each renewal period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal linked in your purchase emails; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and any perpetual entitlement included with the subscription is retained (see the product's EULA).

3. Delivery

Immediately upon successful payment, Lemon Squeezy emails you a download link for the latest build and a unique licence key. You can re-download the file and view your licence at any time from the customer portal linked in your purchase email.

4. Refunds

See our refund policy. In short: a 14-day money-back guarantee - a full refund for any reason within 14 days of purchase.

5. Warranty & liability

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Our maximum liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms excludes liabilities that cannot be excluded under EU consumer law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Budapest, subject to your mandatory consumer protections under EU law.
