DashBot Licence (EULA)

This End User Licence Agreement covers the DashBot software, sold by Experience Budapest Kft. (trading as "BraveHill"). It sits alongside our general Terms of Sale and Refund Policy, which apply to every BraveHill product; where this licence and the Terms of Sale differ on a DashBot-specific point, this licence governs.
1. What you're buying
DashBot is sold under two plans:
- Basic - a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to install and use the Basic feature set on up to 3 devices you own or control. Paid as a single, one-time fee.
- Pro - an annual, auto-renewing subscription that unlocks the full training toolkit and includes the Basic feature set. New features released while you subscribe are included. If you cancel or the subscription lapses, your licence permanently drops to Basic: you keep recording, replay and sharing forever, and only the Pro tools turn off until you resubscribe. A licence never expires to nothing.
Licences are personal and non-transferable.
Upgrading from Basic to Pro means starting a Pro subscription at its full price. We do not pro-rate or credit the one-time Basic fee, and you keep your Basic licence as a permanent fallback.
2. The game it runs on
DashBot is a modification for Geometry Dash that runs on the open-source Geode SDK. Geometry Dash is a separate product owned by RobTop Games - you need a legitimate copy of Geometry Dash to use DashBot. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, RobTop Games.
3. Updates
Basic includes patch updates within the version you purchased, free. Pro subscribers receive every update we ship - patch, minor and major - for as long as the subscription is active. Updates may add, remove, or change features.
4. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute DashBot or your licence key;
- Reverse-engineer the closed-source components of the product;
- Use DashBot to submit forged scores or completions to any leaderboard or competitive context.
5. Activation & devices
Your licence activates DashBot on up to 3 devices. You can free a slot with a hardware reset from inside DashBot; resets are rate-limited. See the DashBot help guide for details.
